In all my years of working with clients as a Rapid Transformational Therapist, there hasn’t been a client who isn’t battling with self-doubt.
I’ve also had my fair share of self-doubt, particularly during the journey of leaving corporate to step into my business.
And that’s because when we go to make any form of change, we are stepping into the unknown, so it’s only natural that self-doubt will arise.
Self-doubt comes in many forms, from imposter syndrome, to not feeling good enough, not capable enough, lacking confidence, afraid to be seen, fear of judgement, fear of failure, feeling powerless etc.
